"Not transferred" means the dimension's region files are left behind. ATM10 creates the vanilla and ATM10 dimensions fresh. Players whose last position, spawn point or home is in a dimension that doesn't exist in ATM10 (e.g. _bk/turtle home at 10110, -57, -355 in mining_dims:mining_dim) are moved to the world spawn by the player data step. Homes, waystones and claims are not carried over.
The mining-dim train station (2 chunks at 10080,−352) was exported once as a schematic for a possible re-placement and then dropped from scope; the old server stays live, so it is still there to visit.
